Kingston Gardening FestivalNew this year, the Kingston Gardening Festival will be featured at the Eastern Ontario Home & Cottage Expo show at a brand new location, 700 Gardiners Rd. (the old Norcom building). 2012 marks the 11th year in which the Kingston Gardening Festival will be held. This year's theme is entitled "Celebrating Growth" featuring a coordinated blend of sights, sounds and smells reminding us all how wonderfully satisfying, necessary and rewarding gardening can be.
The event will be supporting University Hospitals Kingston Foundation, Jumpstart and Cataraqui Conservation Foundation. It will be held February 24, 25 & 26 2012 at the old Norcom building. Plants & flowers from the show go on sale Sunday starting at 5pm and Monday 9-12 noon. $3 per flower pot or $5 for two flower pots.
